Kids and baby classes range from £7 to £9. Privates from

All classes must be booked via our online booking system. Classes can only be booked if you have credit. If you are new to the centre or have run out of credit please email us with the date of your next class and we will make the booking which must be paid for on arrival at the centre. If a class is full, you can click "sign up" to be added to the waiting list – you will then receive an email if a place comes free. More on bookings...
All classes may be cancelled via our online booking system. For cancellations made 24 hours before the class your account will automatically be credited with a class. If you know you can't make a class within the 24 hour period we would appreciate it if you still cancelled. Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a moving meditation resulting in calmness and
clarity. It maximizes body tone, detoxifies and increases all-round health,
flexibility, strength and balance. The centre caters to all levels from
beginners workshops to intermediate
led classes through to those developing an on-going self-practice
classes and full primary series counted led classes.

Exploring breathing techniques and postures, you will gain strength and

From 12 weeks after birth, you can join our ashtanga
beginners workshop or have some private sessions. Yoga after birth lifts
your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. You will learn how to

Baby Yoga is a fun and loving way to combine postnatal exercises for mums along with massage, song and movement for their babies. Yoga can benefit kids in many ways: it can improve concentration and energy
levels, recharge a weak immune system, maintain a child's natural flexibility,
encourage creativity, self-expression and self-confidence and promote healthy
sleeping patterns. Using traditional yoga postures breathing and relaxation

This class (see workshop for dates) is taught the day of the dark moon
and the day of the bright moon. It incorporates aspects of yin yoga practices,
ayurvedic theory, and the moon and earths' energies. The new moon
classes are more restorative, focusing on poses that are most beneficial
for alleviating blockages around the hips and freeing energy around the
reproductive organs. The full moon classes incorporate
stronger poses, with some dynamic movement. Both moon classes will involve

Through private tuition you can receive undivided attention as you progress through your practice. More time can be spent on developing areas which you and the teacher you work with feels would be most beneficial for you. Private tuition in ashtanga, post and pre natal and chandra yoga can be arranged at your home or at the centre. These may be arranged for individuals or groups of up to four students.
Adult classes: £50/hour at the centre (£60 for 3–4 students); £75/hour at your home
After the first class, classes need to be booked in blocks of four.
