At any time during your pregnancy, experiencing and developing a yoga for pregnancy practice really helps to lift your physical emotional and spiritual well-being. For ladies new to the yoga and those that have had a regular practice, it is important to embrace their new bodies and babies in a yogic manner with yogic breathing and movements specifically designed for pregnancy.
Through simple exercises focusing on the breath and your inner wisdom, you will be able to prepare your pelvic hammock to carry baby safely into the world, tone and build up your physical stamina for labor, find relaxation and nurturing space for you and baby and have a daily yoga practice to draw energy upon through your pregnancy.
The breathing techniques we develop in class will also be a great boon
to your during labour.

Postnatal yoga is a nurturing, safe way for mums to come back into their body before moving on to other types of yoga classes or regular physical activities. We offer one-to-one tuition (see below) and from 12 weeks after birth, women can join the month-long ashtanga beginners workshop or the ashtanga all level morning classes. Post-natal women are recommended to take the Saturday and Wednesday beginners classes or the Tuesday morning ashtanga all levels class, all of which are taught by Easter who is an experienced ante and postnatal yoga teacher.
Private tuition can be arranged at your home or at the centre. These may be arranged for individuals or groups of up to four students.
Classes: £50/hour at the centre (£60 for 3–4 students); £75/hour at your home
After the first class, classes need to be booked in blocks of four.
Please
email the centre with your requirements for private bookings.
